Spring is traditionally a busy time to buy a house. But this year, certain market conditions in the metro Atlanta area could make sealing the deal difficult.
“Atlanta housing inventory ticked up slightly in April over the previous month, said Bill Murray, president of the Atlanta Realtors Association in a statement, “but the local market has 11 percent fewer listings for buyers than this time last year.”
